Below please find the complete "Renewed Documents 2015" as well as the original Model Brochure.    For your convenience, a summary of the By-Laws and the Rules and Regulations of the community are available below.   The Parking Procedures for Garden Homes is available also. 

Each tenant is given a copy of the By-Laws Summary, the Rules and Regulations Summary as well as the Parking Procedures for Garden Homes with their Lease Application package.    All residents are encouraged to review these Documents on a regular basis.
